Jennifer N. Airato

Jennifer N. Airato joined Gardiner Koch & Weisberg as an associate attorney after being admitted to the Illinois bar in 2006.  She concentrates her practice in the litigation of family matters; including divorce, spousal support, child support, child custody and adoption.  Further, Ms. Airato practices in the areas of general litigation and municipal law. 
Mrs. Airato received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, as well as her certificates in trial advocacy and health law.  During her law school career she participated in the Civitas Child Law Clinic where she represented children in child custody and child protection cases.  Ms. Airato was an editor of the Annals of Health Law and an active member of Loyola’s Health Law Society.  She was also a member of the honor society Phi Delta Phi, received the CALI award for Legal Writing II and was on Dean’s List. 

Mrs. Airato received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Valparaiso University.  During her collegiate career, she was a member of the Valparaiso NCAA Division I Swimming and Diving Team.
